Waste Disposal Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Environment Protection Act of 29 May 2005. In particular, the purpose of the Ordinance is to enforce the Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste of 19 November 2008. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the registration and reporting obligations and the carrying out of inspections connects with activities in the field of waste management. The text consists of 8 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Registration and reporting obligations (II); Conducting of inspections (III); Penalties (IV); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
