Cabinet Regulation No. 42 of 2011 on By-law of the Crisis Management Council

The Regulation approves the by-law of the Crisis Management Council. The Council is a co-ordinating institution, the objective of the operation of which is to ensure co-ordinated actions of State and local government institutions in taking measures for the prevention and suppression of danger to the State, as well as measures for the liquidation of consequences caused thereby.
