Abstract
This Law regulates chemical substances. Its purpose is to avoid, prevent or reduce the possibility of harm, which may be caused to the environment, human health and property by chemical substances and mixtures due to the properties inherent thereto. This Law regulates activities with chemical substances and mixtures, as well as biocidal products. The Law further provides for supervision, control and general requirements for the circulation of information; duties of performers of activities; restrictions in relation to activities with chemical substances and mixtures; and liability for violations when performing activities with chemical substances and mixtures.
