Abstract
This Decree-Law consisting of 7 articles aims at establishing the rules for the declaration of the State of Health Emergency in Morocco providing for who, where and for what reasons it is possible to declare a state of Emergency for health reasons in the Kingdom. Article 2 states that during the aforementioned period, the Government shall take all necessary measures required for this state. The Government may take, on an exceptional basis, any measure of an economic, financial, social or environmental nature of urgency (art.5).
