Abstract
These regulations amend sub-regulation (2) of regulation 2 of the Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Regulations ("principal regulations") providing that restaurants, snack bars and kiosks may open until 5.00 p.m. and from 5.00 a.m. In this timeframe they can oly provide delivery and take-away services to the community. Specific provisions apply for restaurants situated in hotels or in other licensed accommodations.
