Abstract
These regulations amend sub-regulation (2) of regulation 2 of the Closure of Food and Drink Outlets Regulations ("principal regulations"), providing that restaurants, snack bars and kiosks may open until midnight (12.00 a.m.) and from 5.00 a.m. It is further established that food will be served to a maximum of 4 people seated at the same table, which must be at least 2 metres distant from other tables. Alcohol will only be served with food.
