Malta Food Agency (Establishment) Order, 2021.

This Order establishes the Malta Food Agency with the scope of delivering public services in relation to food from farming and fisheries. The order defines the responsibilities of the Agency and its powers. It further defines that the Minister responsible for Agriculture and Fisheries is also responsible for the Agency; that the operations of this latter shall follow an Agency Performance Agreement; that the Agency shall be governed by the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act.
