Regulations no. R-105/2023 on Registration of Water and Sewerage Service Systems and Issuance of Licenses and Permits for the Use and Operation of Water and Sewerage Systems.

These Regulations prescribe rules and procedures for the registration of water and sewerage service systems and the issuance of licenses and permits for the use and operation of such systems. The Regulations concern: sustainable provision of water and sewerage services to the people; service of water and sewerage systems in residential areas, places and villages designated for industrial purposes, and in areas and villages where water and sewerage services are not provide; storage of rainwater for supply purposes; issuance of permit and authorisation to supply water for commercial purposes; preparation of an emergency plan to ensure uninterrupted provision of the services; penalties and offences.
