Abstract
This Resolution, with the need to approve the Integrated Action Plan of the Strategy for Preventing and Combating Corruption in Public Administration, provided for in point 10 of the Strategy for Preventing and Combating Corruption in Public Administration, approved by Resolution No. 46/2022 of 1 December, under the Constitution of the Republic, the Council of Ministers approves the Integrated Action Plan of the Strategy for Preventing and Combating Corruption in Administration Public (PAEPCCAP) for the period 2023 2032. The PAEPCCAP was prepared based on sectoral and provincial action plans and includes the objectives, strategic actions, results and indicators, set out in the Strategy for Preventing and Combating Corruption in Public Administration. The heads of institutions that embody Public Administration must guarantee the implementation of PAEPCCAP.
The Ministry of State Administration and Public Service is responsible for coordinating the process of organization and functioning of the Central Monitoring and Evaluation Commission and the Local Level Monitoring and Evaluation Commissions, which are responsible for submitting annual evaluation reports to the competent body.
