Abstract
This Decree concerns measures to contain and prevent damage caused by wild animals pursuant to sections 65 and 69 of the Fauna and Flora Act and taking into account Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora. It prescribes categories of animals that cause major damage. Articles 5 to 12 indicate the methods with which these animals may be killed. "Damage" is defined in section 65 of the Act.
