The Decree prohibits any fishing for argentines north of the 62nd parallel by vessels other than those who possess a trawl licence for argentines issued pursuant to Decree No. 2185 of 1986. Fishing is allowed in a specified area. Only fishing for purposes of consumption if allowed. Bycatch of argentine silus may be 20 percent in fishing for other species. Cod, haddock and coalfish may be present up to 10 percent in the catch of argentines. (6 sections)
