Regulation No. 1126 on delegation of regulatory authority to the Norwegian Environment Agency under the Product Control Act and the Pollution Control Act.

The present Regulation delegates to the Norwegian Environment Agency the authority of the Ministry of Climate and Environment to amend the following regulations under the Product Control Act and the Pollution Control Act: 1. Regulation No. 516 on Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).; 2. Regulation No. 622 on classification labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures of substances (CLP); 3. Regulation No. 1403 on toy safety; and 4. Regulation No. 480 on Biocides (Biocide Regulation).
