Abstract
This Royal Decree is composed of 3 articles.
Article 1 establishes a Council known as the Water Resources Council. This is made up of the Minister of Agriculture, Petroleum and Mining, as the president, and of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Interior.
Article 2 states that the Water Resources Council is to offer consultancy services to the Development Council in all matters associated with water sources in the Sultanate.
Article 3 requires the concerned parties to implement this Decree after the date of publication.
