Abstract
This Administrative Order prescribes guidelines for the processing and issuance of Special Use Agreements in Protected Areas (SAPA) in order to provide access and economic opportunities to indigenous peoples, tenured migrant communities, etc. of protected areas; to optimize the special uses of protected areas consistent with the principles of sustainable development and biodiversity conservation; to earn revenues for the sustainability of protected areas management; etc.
The Administrative Order provides for: kinds of special uses that may be allowed in protected areas; procedures and requirements for applying for SAPA; penalties; etc.
