This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development confers a status on the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. The instrument defines the President of the Agency and supporting authorities, lists central offices and departments within the Agency (including departments for payments, audits, legal affairs, public procurement, producer records and animal registration, IT, human resources and others), and prescribes that the President determines detailed organisation and working rules by an organisational regulation. The status of the Agency is specified in the Annex.
