Abstract
The present Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of 26 paragraphs, establishes detailed directions of activities of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernizing Agriculture and ways of their execution. In particular, the Agency provides financial support to agricultural investments concerning: improvement of production efficiency; better use of work resources; creation of raw material base for industrial cultivation; improvement of food production quality; enlargement of goods and services offer and its better adjustment to requirements of the national market and foreign markets; limiting environmental damages.
