This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of eight articles and six Annexes, sets forth veterinary health requirements to be met by establishments for animal reproduction. Reproducers of cattle, swines, sheep, goats and horses must come from herds or farms fulfilling the requirements specified in Annex 1. They must be accompanied by a veterinary certificate confirming that they are healthy and useful for reproduction. In addition, on the day of reproduction they must not show clinical symptoms of infectious diseases.
