Wastes Act.

The present Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Provisions on waste management (sect. 2); Waste management plans (sect. 3); Duties of waste owners (sect. 4); Detailed requirements of management of some types of wastes (sect. 5); Thermal transformation of wastes (sect. 6); Waste storage (sect. 7); Criminal provisions (sect. 9); Final provision (sect. 10). The Act establishes the principles governing waste management in order to ensure the protection of human health and the environmen, in complaince with the rule of sustainable development. In particular, it establishes principles of waste prevention.
