Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions provided by the Law on tobacco (Official Gazette 101/2005, 90/2007, 95/2010 and 36/2011).
Changes are regarding the tobacco market issues and rules to be observed by operators in related sector; tobacco production provisions; and offences and related penalties.
