Law on the conversion of social ownership of agricultural land into other forms of ownership.

This Law determines the administrative procedure for the conversion of social ownership of agricultural land into other forms of ownership.
This Law declares that on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, all socially owned agricultural land acquired by a legal entity on the basis of the Law on Agrarian Reform and Regulations on Nationalization of Agricultural Land, shall now be as state property. Socially owned agricultural land acquired by a legal entity on the basis of legal business, as a means of production, becomes social capital of that particular enterprise.
