Law on the manner and conditions of recognition of rights and return of land that has passed into social ownership on the basis of agricultural land fund and confiscation due to unfulfilled obligations of obligatory purchase of agricultural products.

This Law determines that land confiscated on the basis of the Law on Agricultural-Land Fund of Social ownership and allocation of land to agricultural organizations (Official Gazette of the FPRY, No. 22/53, Official Gazette of the SFRY, No. 10/65, Official Gazette of the SRS, no. 51/71, 52/73 and Official Gazette, No. 26/72) and land confiscated due to unfulfilled obligations from the mandatory purchase of agricultural products under the regulations of compulsory redemption, will now be returned to the ownership of the previous owner, or its legal owner, under the conditions, in the manner and according to the procedure laid down in this text. The subject of return is the land that is public/social property on the day of the entry into force of this Law.
