Abstract
This Law provides rules, measures and conditions for the protection of rights of plant breeders.
The measures of this Law are relative to: procedures for farmers' and cultivators' authorizations; farmers' rights; expiring terms of farmers' rights; transfer of farmers' and cultivators' rights to a different subject; and protected varieties procedures.
This Law shall apply to all plant species.
