Abstract
This Regulation determines the contents and prescribes the method for keeping the official cadaster of all fishing waters present on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The cadaster, that will be kept in electronic form, shall contain two different categories for natural and artificial fishing waters, and two separate groups, one for rivers and canals (flowing waters, freshwater), and one for lakes, bars and wetlands (standing waters).
