Abstract
This Regulation determines the contents of the annual license form for the performance of commercial fishing on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
The contents of the above mentioned license or permit, listed in this text, are here as follows: serial number of the license, space for holographic protection, name of the fishing area, name of the user of the fishing area, name of the river and specified km of river flow, calendar/year reference, date of its issuance, number of contracts, name and surname, place and address of the residence of the economic operators or fishermen, unique citizen identification number, and signature of the responsible person.
The Annex is also part of this text (printed sample of the annual license for commercial fishing).
