Abstract
This Regulation sets several rules related to the state aid under the form of payment (financial assistance) to agricultural holdings in order to mitigate the effects of COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Persons entitled to financial assistance to agricultural holdings are listed in article 3. Exact amounts of financial assistance to agricultural holdings are defined in article 4. Details on payment of financial assistance to agricultural holdings are laid down in article 6. For obligations of beneficiaries of financial assistance to agricultural holdings see article 8. Article 9 prescribes the related penalties.
