Regulation on the official clothing of fisheries officers, appearance of badge and form of legitimacy.

This Regulation determines the physical aspect of official clothing for authorized inland fisheries officers of the Republic of Serbia (men and women models; summer and winter time types), appearance of their badges, and appearance of official service legitimacy that each authorized fishery officer has to possess.
The rules of this text are separated in two different categories: rules regarding the official state fishery guard badge and legitimacy for professional officers; and rules on badge and legitimacy for volunteers engaged in control and surveillance of fishing activities.
Article 4 declares that depending on the conditions of the fishermen's service and the characteristics of fishing waters, it is necessary to provide the appropriate number of life jackets, boots height up to hooks or chests, and other parts of official clothing adapted for such type of work.
