Abstract
This Regulation defines the scope and contents of the recreational fishery education programme for authorized users of fishing areas.
The user of the fishing area, responsible in terms of this Regulation, shall perform the necessary tasks in order to offer the proper educational training to recreational fishermen that are using that specific area, including the organization of educational meetings (seminars, lectures, thematic meetings) with fishermen, at least twice a year; delivery of appropriate educational materials to fishermen during the year; providing information through the media (newspapers, radio, television, internet) throughout the year; providing daily information through the fishermen's service on field during control in the fishing area. The user of the fishing area can also conduct other forms of training in fishing schools, joint actions with unit organs of local self-government and tourist organizations, as well as other activities.
