Abstract
This publication contains the Statute of the Serbian Institute for Nature Protection, which is a public organization established in order to perform activities for the protection of nature and natural resources located on the territory of the Republic of Serbia (except for natural assets that are located on the entire territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina).
The Statute regulates all activities of the Institute, representation and its presentations, general administrative organization of the Institute, bodies of the Institute and their internal order and key functions and responsibilities, and further regulates other tasks and topics such as planning of related work and development, financing and manner of distribution of surplus incomes, publicity and business secrets, as well as other issues of importance.
