Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan on border representatives.

This Agreement establishes that border representatives shall cooperate with each other in accordance with the national legislation of the Parties and international agreements concluded thereby. The sphere of competence of border representatives shall include: (a) transfer of cattle; (b) exchange of information of illegal traffic of radioactive substances; (c) exchange of information of the outbreak dangerous infectious animal diseases and spreading of agricultural and forest pests, forest fires and flooding.
