Agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People s Republic of China on cooperation related to construction and operation of Taixing petrochemical plant, and prospecting and extraction of oil.

The scope of this bilateral Agreement shall be to set forth favourable conditions for realization of the project of construction and operation of Taixing petrochemical plant, and prospecting and extraction of oil. China shall grant import quotas and licences and internal trade of oil and petrol and byproducts.
