Agreement the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria on cooperation in the sphere of prevention of industrial disasters, accidents, natural calamities and mitigation of the consequences thereof.

The Parties have agreed to cooperate in the following fields: (a) elaboration of methods and realization of arrangements for prevention of industrial disasters, accidents, natural calamities and mitigation of the consequences thereof; (b) timely exchange of information related to industrial disasters, accidents, natural calamities with transboundary effects; and (c) mutual assistance in mitigation of the consequences of industrial disasters, accidents, natural calamities. The cooperation shall include monitoring, assessment, exchange of experience, scientists and experts, joint conferences and planning of joint arrangements.
