Abstract
In accordance with the "Program of revival of the Russian rural area and the development of agro-industrial complex" promulgated by the fourth Congress of people's deputies the Supreme Soviet decrees to carry into force Law of the RSFSR No. 438 - 1 of 1990 "On social development of rural area" from the date of its official publication and to oblige the Council of Ministers to conform its legislative acts to the aforesaid Law.
