Abstract
These Regulations are made in exercise of the powers conferred by section 82(2)(f) and (u) of the Physical Planning Act, 2021. They provide for fees to be paid in respect of each application made to the Physical Planning Authority for planning permission under the Act. The fees must be paid in accordance with the Schedule appended to the Regulations. The fees are not applicable for any ministry, department, or division of government or a public body that operates under an appropriation act. The fees are mentioned for application for development of residential accommodation, tourism accommodation, commercial and industrial development including water bottling, sale yards, hatchery, abattoirs, animal enclosures, green houses, farm houses, tanks, fish processing, aquaculture, water plants, pump houses, power plant, electrical substations, health stations, clinics and hospitals, quarries and minerals works.
