Decree on the use of motor-powered vessels on the reservoir lake of the Bre ice hydroelectric plant on the Sava River.

This Decree here defines the part of the reservoir lake of the Bre ice hydroelectric plant on the Sava River, where the use of motor-driven vessels is permitted, and the conditions for the use of such water assets intended for navigation. The supervision of the implementation of this Decree shall be carried out by national inspectors responsible for water. Article 10 determines the necessary penalty measure and sets related fines. Boundaries of the navigation area at normal elevation determined by coordinates (in the Gauss-Kr ger projection D48/GK and in the transverse (transverse) Mercator projection D96/TM) are given in the Annex of this text.
