Regulation on water protection areas for the municipalities of kofja Loka and Gorenja vas - Poljane.

This Decree defines water protection areas for the protection of underground water in aquifers of water bodies of underground water, which are used or intended for public drinking water supply in the municipalities of kofja Loka and Gorenja vas - Poljane, and water protection regime in these areas. Water protection areas are located in the municipalities of Gorenja vas - Poljane and kofja Loka, and some of them also encroach on the areas of the municipalities of Cerkno, Dobrova - Polhov Gradec, Medvode, elezniki and the municipalities of Kranj. This text also defines internal areas within water protection areas. Internal areas and catchment areas are defined and classified in article 2.
