Abstract
This Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Air quality (Sec. 2); Obligations of persons (Sec. 3); Air protection organs and their competences (Sec. 4); Transitional, enabling and final provisions (Sec. 5). This Act establishes: (a) aim of the air quality, air quality assessment and public information on air quality; (b) rights and obligations of persons relating to protection of the air against polluting substances deriving from human activities and concerning reducing reasons and limiting effects of air pollution; (c) certification of competences and obligations of authorized operators concerning drawing up expertise; (d) authorized measurement, calibration, testing and inspection; (e) competences of state administration organs of air protection; (f) liability for violating obligations relating to air protection. The aim of the air quality is to preserve air quality in areas where air quality is good, and to improve air quality in other areas.
