Abstract
By the Decree No. 2017/10362 of the Council of Ministers of 29 May 2017, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Estonia on the cooperation in the field of agriculture has been approved. The Parties agree upon cooperation in the field of plant production, plant protection, seed production, animal husbandry, animal health, fisheries, food industry, rural development, extension, and modern irrigation systems, as well as upon scientific and technical cooperation. The Parties shall develop cooperation by exchange of information, experts and experiences, and by studies and training. The Parties may organize seminars, exhibitions, conferences and symposia. This MoU may be amended by mutual written consent. An Agricultural Steering Committee will be established. The dispute may be solved through consultation or negotiation. This MoU shall be valid for five years and may be extended or renewed for successive periods of five years with termination rights requiring six months written notice.
