Abstract
This Regulation amends Paragraph 1 of Article 6 on duties of the Commission of supplement food regarding assessment of vitamins, minerals and other substances that have nutritional and physiological effects in supplement food and evaluation of applications for approval of food supplements for children aged between 2 and 4. The Paragraph 3 of Article 9 regarding illegal advertising is amended and Paragraph 4 is repealed. The Article 12 regarding approval of food supplements is amended. This Regulation amends the date specified in the temporary provision 1 regarding application date for approval. Annex-I regarding documents required for application is amended and Annex-II and Annex-III are repealed.
