Regulation on fight against phytophthora ramorum werres, gibberella circinata, anoplophora chinensis and dryocosmus kuriphilus.

This Regulation lays down rules for the prevention of the introduction and the spread of Phytophthora ramorum Werres, Gibberella circinata, Anoplophora chinensis and Dryocosmus kuriphilus. In this regard, this Regulation sets forth provisions on the survey, the establishment of a demarcated area, and phytosanitary measures to prevent the spread of and fight against specified organisms. In case of violation of the provisions of this Regulation, administrative sanctions in the scope of the Law No. 5996 on veterinary services, plant health, food and feed shall be implemented. This Regulation is drafted in line with the Commission Decision 2002/757/EC on provisional emergency phytosanitary measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Phytophthora ramorum Werres, De Cock & Man in't Veld sp. nov., the Commission Decision 2007/433/EC on provisional emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Gibberella circinata Nirenberg & O’Donnell, the Commission Implementing Decision 2012/138/EU as regards emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Anoplophora chinensis (Forster), and the Commission Decision 2006/464/EC on provisional emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Dryocosmus kuriphilus Yasumatsu.
