Abstract
This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of inspection and import permit of plant protection products, raw materials and their samples used in the manufacture of plant protection products, plant protection products used in licensing or research for product development, and raw materials used in plant protection products manufactured for export purposes. In this regard, this Regulation lays out provisions on prior notification; application procedures; point of entry into the customs territory; inspection for compliance certification for export and import; entry of returned goods; sampling, analysis, controls and assessment of plant protection products; and issuance of compliance certification.
