Ministry of Economic Affairs Order for the promulgation of Fee-charging Standard for Post-examination of Environmental Impact Assessment with the Mining Act.

This Standard is formulated in accordance with Article 85 of the Mining Act and Article 10, Paragraph 1 of the Charges And Fees Act. The mining rights holder shall submit the original approved mining land supplementary environmental impact assessment or survey and analysis of environmental impact in accordance with Article 76 of the Mining Act, and propose corresponding response strategies related documents. The competent authority shall charge the fees for the review operation in accordance with the attached fee schedule.
