Abstract
This division of the California Food and Agricultural Code regulates bee management and honey production. Among others, it provides for the apiary board, apiary assessments, registration and identification of apiaries, intrastate movement, use of pesticides, quarantine, importation, exportation, sanitation, colony strength, apiary inspection, enforcement and penalties, honey, standard honey containers, California color standards, labeling of honey as to origin and flavor, violations and public nuisances.
