Abstract
The principal Act is amended in sub-section (2) of section forty-two by: (a) the deletion after paragraph (b) of the semi-colon and the word II and II and the substitution therefor of a ful1-stop; and (b) the deletion of paragraph (c). Subsection 2 of section 42 lists exemptions the Minister may grant to petroleum contractors or subcontractors.
