Town and Country Planning (Appointment of Planning Authority and Delegation of Functions) Notice, 2014 (S.I. No. 41 of 2014).

This Notice, made under section 25 of the Town and Country Planning Act, specifies in the Schedule a local authority that is appointed as a planning authority for a specified area. The functions of the Minister under subsections (1) and (2) of section 25 of the Act relating to the grant or refusal of permission to develop or subdivide land are delegated to the planning authority set out in the Schedule for the area described in the Schedule.
