Abstract
This Act provides the general requirements for packaging and the use of packaging, the measures preventing or reducing the generation of packaging and packaging, the organisation of a system for recovery of packaging and packaging waste, the requirements for audit of the data to be submitted to the packaging register, and the liability for failure to comply with the established requirements.
