Abstract
These Regulations provide for the establishment of the Tourism Fund. The object of the Fund shall be to finance the implementation of: (a) infrastructural works in connection with tourism development projects in Mauritius; and (b) such other associated works for the benefit of the inhabitants of the areas in which the projects are being implemented, as the Committee that shall administer and manage the Fund may think fit.
