The Slovenian tourism strategy for the planned period from the year 2022 until the year 2028 sets the following general vision: Slovenian shall be a global green boutique destination for the discerning visitor seeking diverse and active experiences, tranquility and personal benefits. The scope is determined as balanced development of tourism that brings value to the local economy, supports investments in an orderly environment, preserved nature and cultural landscape, brings new opportunities for young people, strengthens local identity and enables the preservation of cultural heritage.
