This online regional consultation meeting of National Focal Points from the Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Region will provide an opportunity for members of the LAC Group to exchange views on the implementation of the Montevideo Programme V and contribute to preparations for the Third Global Meeting of the Montevideo Programme V, which will be held online on 4–5 November 2026.

The consultation will also serve as a platform for sharing experiences, identifying regional priorities and challenges, and strengthening collaboration among National Focal Points in advancing the implementation of the Programme.
