Decree 100/2024, of 6-3-2024, approving the regulation relating to the granting of aid for the promotion of organic production.

This Decree approves the Regulation relating to the granting of aid for the promotion of organic production. Its purpose is: a) To regulate and establish the types of aid intended to promote organic production. b) To determine the conditions of access to such aid.
The potential beneficiaries of the aid are all natural or legal persons or company duly registered as owners of an agricultural holding, that carry out an agricultural activity or an economic activity aimed at the production, processing and subsequent marketing of organic agricultural and food products or that they wish to convert to organic production.
The Regulation disposes on the types of aid, the requirements that beneficiaries must meet, the application procedure for accessing to the grants, the revocation, waiver and return of aid as well as its subrogation to the new owner in case of change ot title holder of agricultural exploitation.
