Decree of 27 February 2019 amending the Regulation for the realization of works modifying the current state of the land.

This Regulation, consisting of 14 articles and six Annexes, regulates the realization of works modifying the current state of the land. It establishes that are subject to the provisions of this Regulation: any activities that entail an alteration of the current state of the terrain, such as: execution of detachments or embankments: building or locating new plant facilities, for urbanization, agricultural or industrial use, works of expansion and significant modification of the structure of the existing buildings or facilities or for any other purpose; industrial activities, such as: quarries, gravels, material loans or landfills, demolition of existing works, etc. The Annexes establish the following: Contents of the environmental impact assessment (Annex I); Content of the restoration plan (Annex II); Content of the monitoring plan (Annex III); Determination of the guarantee of protection and environmental restoration (Annex IV); Determination of the waste management guarantee (Annex V); Specific study for block falls (Annex VI).
